charmed by this central gem!

helpful staff early check-in complimentary breakfast patio view

i was charmed by the receptionist staff. they were pretty good too ensure we had a wonderful stay. we booked very last minute and arrived early, but the staff did everything possible to get a room ready. the breakfast is very good and complimentary, i loved it! the views on the patio while relaxing and having breakfast can't be beat.

The air conditioning did not work at all. i could hear the fan but it didn't cool the room at all. the room temperature was always around 32 degrees celsius. It was so hot that we couldn't sleep.

the team at breakfast was fantastic. they were attentive. the receptionist was cute and gave lots of information on nearby places. a cute coffee was offered, a thoughtful touch.

The location is perfect. It is close to everything. it is a ten minute walk from the main train station. the hotel is a gorgeous walk to all the attractions. the hotel remains away from the tourism crowding though.

The staff at reception was very nice. they gave good service. the breakfast service was also good. everyone was very helpful. I appreciated their assistance. the breakfast had much variety. i found food to my taste.

the room faced the street, so i did hear some noise at night.

the breakfast terrace located on the third floor offers a pleasant start to the day. the hotel also features a lift, i found it very convenient for reaching upper floors. this helps avoid carrying luggage up stairs.

The reception staff was attentive, polite, and always smiling. This made communication easy. they was ready to help with inquiries. i felt very welcome and valued as a guest, this gave me a great feeling.

The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed regularly, this ensured a fresh environment. the internet connection was stable. I could work without issues. the bed was comfortable too, after a tiring day.

mixed feelings about my stay

poor air conditioning cramped bathroom

The air conditioning barely worked. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. the bathroom was also quite small and felt a bit cramped. the breakfast offered limited variety, i hoped for more local specialties, but there were the same items every day. the elevator was slow. It seemed to take a long time between floors.
